How to engage customers in interactive experiences?

Interactive experiences are on the rise: 84% of marketers say that interactive content is effective in differentiating their brand from their competitors. Trivial examples are quizzes, calculators and polls. But how can you create a sensational (return on) experience?

When customers encounter a new experience, their reptilian brain responds. This primitive part of the brain is trained for survival and ignores complex and boring information. At the same time, it loves novelty and excitement. With our technology it is possible to create interactive experiences that blow reptilian minds, while collecting in-the-moment customer insights at the same time.

ObservingMinds uses emotive and other sensor technology to (co-)create interactive experiences. The recorded data is like paint with which customers can color their own personal experience. They can interact with light installations, video screens, audio, fashion items, magic mirrors, or wearables of other participants: the possibilities are endless!

Emotive Ambience

Imagine you enter a room, and the ambience changes based on how you feel... We have created such an experience in collaboration with artist Nick Verstand: it made Dezeen's top 10 installations of 2017.

Externalizing emotive energy

The emotive energy in an audience is key to many events. What if you can externalize this energy, for instance on a large-scale light installation? We enabled this experience for artist Nick Verstand: it was shown during Amsterdam Dance Event.
