Who we are

We are Paulien van Slingerland (PhD) and Harrie van de Vlag (MSc): two data analysts with 6 and 15 years of experience at TNO. He creates technical solutions for any commercial application. She turns advanced algorithms into solid business cases.


What we do

Any investment should optimize how customers feel. And not just because it is morally right: customers who feel good create more value. We provide the missing essential data for this purpose: we make emotional experiences measurable.


Our experience

We have measured the emotions of hundreds of people. A large commercial company has used the outcomes to decide on significant CX investments; Arnon Grunberg to learn how his readers really feel about his writing; and Studio Nick Verstand to create experiences for Dutch Design Week and Amsterdam Dance Event.
